Department Rules
Exhibitors must adhere to the General Rules for the Harford Fair listed here.
- To enter: go to www.harfordfair.com, click on the link and follow the instructions to enter online or use the Entry Blank below. Entry forms can also be requested from the Secretary’s Office by emailing [email protected] or calling 570-434-4300.
- Refer to the Harford Fair General Rules. Entrant agrees to hold harmless the Harford Agricultural Society, its Directors, members, volunteers, contractors, and agents for any damage or loss which might occur to him/her, or any entry which he/she chooses to bring to the Fairgrounds. The Harford Agricultural Society may at any time order the removal of any exhibit or part of the exhibit in bad taste, bad conditions or unfit to show.
- Send entry form to: Harford Agricultural Society, 485 Fair Hill Road, New Milford, PA 18834, no later than August 1.
- All items must have been created within the last 12 months.
- All classes are limited to one entry per exhibitor.
- All jewelry must be displayed on firm surface, i.e. earrings on backing, etc.
- All jewelry, headwear/leather headwear, T-shirts, or items made to be worn must be wearable, capable of being worn as intended.
